Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just eight kilometers from Bole International Airport would like to announce the following open positions.

Radisson Blu Addis Ababa is looking for a dynamic, hardworking individual to help the management of its Food and Beverage Department. The potential candidate needs to be able to oversee the day to day activities of all its outlets including scheduling and managing staff by working closely with the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. They should have a creative attitude towards expanding the events within the Food and Beverage department. They should also be able to identify any training gaps in the department and arrange appropriate training as and when needed.

Job Requirements

Competencies and qualifications required for the position

• BA degree in Hotel Management or related field from a well-recognized university
• A minimum of seven years experience, of which the last five should be in a managerial position, preferably in a four or five start hotel
• Excellent team player, self starter, well organized
• Ability to work under pressure and anti social hours
• Advanced IT skills, especially Word and Excel
• High level of spoken and written English
• An excellent track record from previous employment especially in problem solving
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Good negotiation and influencing skills
