Job Summary
Department: - Customer care
Employment type: - Short Term Contract/ Definite period
Reports to: Customer care Manager
Job Overview: -
Documentation officer will be responsible for assisting in all customer care Department activities and is required to contribute enhancement of department performance.
Main responsibilities and duties: -
- Monitor vessel schedule Department: - Customer care
Employment type: - Short Term Contract/ Definite period
- daily in order to control documentation delivery in due time to customers.
- Handle e-documentation process and promote usage of CMA CGM online platform towards customers.
- Perform group required compliance check prior BL release to customers.
- Release originals or waybills and arrange telex release as per customer request.
- Complete export call closure with Djibouti and other agency departments involved.
- Add charges for extra services, print additional related invoices and distribute to customers.
- Support any agency in CMA CGM network as well as CMA CGM departments with requests related to service delivery and customs regulations.
- Ensure proper monitoring of work performed and fill related reporting requests
- Complete all tasks related to service delivery for CMA CGM in Ethiopia as per group expectations and requests.
Job Requirements
Educational background: -
- BA degree in Management, Marketing management and related fields.
Job requirement: -
- 0-3 years of work experience.
- Commendable persuasive skills.
- Professional qualifications in customer handling and satisfaction is desirable.
