- የትምህርት አይነትና ደረጃ: ከታወቀ የቴክኒክና ሙያ ማሰልጠኛ ተቋም በአውቶ መካኒክስ 10+1 ወይም ደረጃ II ሠርተፊኬት፣ በደረቅ ጭነት ማጓጓዣ አሽከርካሪነት የደ-3 ብቃት ማረጋገጫ ያለው ወይም 5ኛ ደረጃ መንጃ ፈቃድ ኖሮት ወይም 12/10ኛ ክፍል ያጠናቀቀ፣ በደረቅ ጭነት ማጓጓዣ አሽከርካሪነት የደ-3 ብቃት ማረጋገጫ ያለው ወይም 5ኛ ደረጃ መንጃ ፈቃድ ያጠናቀቀ/ች
- አግባብ ያለው የሥራ ልምድ: 6/8 ዓመት በተሳቢ መኪና ላይ የሠራ/ች
