Job Requirement
- Qualification: BA or MA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management or related
- Experience: 12/10 years of relevant experience of which 4 in managerial level
Experience and Competencies:
- Thorough knowledge of principles and practices of human resource management
- Thorough knowledge of HRM and Administration Operating policies and procedures of the Company
- Considerable knowledge of organizational dynamics and microfinance business
- Considerable knowledge of labor law, financial industry governing laws, policies and procedures
- Good oral and writing communication skill
- Ability to coordinate teams and maintain harmonious human relations
- Basic computer application skills
