Duties & Responsibilites: - Provide CAD drafting/BIM modeling and design support. - Coordinate and manage Revit models. - Create Revit families and CAD blocks. - Obtain work assignments of either specific design elements or CAD drafting from project managers. - Review all work for completeness and accuracy - Use checklists set-up for quality control on each project and submit work according to deadlines.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Design or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilites: - Assist in designing HVAC systems, ductwork, and equipment layouts using Designing software. - Prepare detailed technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints. - Collaborate with Technician and managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with industry standards. - Review and modify designs based on feedback and project requirements. - Support in material selection and cost estimation. - Maintain organized project documentation and design files. Required Skills: - Proficiency in AutoCAD ( Meb or other 3D modeling software is a plus). - Basic understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork design, and industry standards. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and teamwork abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
