Main Purpose of the Job
To collate information for customers and channel sales activities and report in a form for management decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Extracts primary and secondary sales data and show trends in graphical and tabular form over set periods e.g. monthly, quarterly, or annually etc.
- Generates sales performance reports across sales regions, categories and channels.
- Compiles data to feed into regional scorecard.
- Generate monthly and quarterly customers and sales team performance report.
- Prepares monthly retail data based on LeverEdge report.
- Prepares KPI payment reports in line with Trade terms Structure

Relevant Experience and Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science or Applied Statistics
- 2-3 years’ experience in Data analysis and analytics
- Practical knowledge of Leveredge, LoRD, PowerBI
Skills required
- Sales Reporting experience

- Project management skills
- Process Management
- Knowledge of key business processes (S&OP, NRM)
- Selling
- Negotiation
- Analytical mind with problem solving skills
- Excel Knowledge must be at advanced level
