Master's Degree in Rural Development, Agriculture, Animal Health, Cooperative Development or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Planning:  defining results, assigning resources, and establishing an operational plan with the guidance of the CD and HOP - Organizing: determining functional structures, systems, and processes for efficient operations; staff are organized and aware of job responsibilities and expectations - Implementing: carrying out defined activities efficiently, effectively, and responsively in close collaboration with team leaders.
