Responsibilities and Duties
- He/she coordinates the administration of the recruitment and selection processes of hiring new employees,
- Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for the Company and government reporting.
- Makes sure that promotion, transfer, retirement are carried out in accordance with the policy of the company.
- Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
- Establishes the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
- Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments.
- Leads competitive market research to establish pay Practices and pay bands that help to recruit and retain superior staff.
- Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Implements and advices to implement HR policies and procedural guidelines of the company.
- Establishes an in-house employee training system that addresses company training needs and assists Heads with the selection and contracting of external training programs and consultants.
- In consultation with Employees, supervisors and Heads, prepares annual leave programs and follow-up the proper implementation of the same.
- Manages the procurement process, including sourcing, bidding, and contract management.
- Proactively identify procurement activities potentially impacting the business’s center ability to perform its duties and advise the necessary stakeholders.

- Adhere to established procurement policies and standard operating procedures; and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Ensure the store complies with outlined safety policies and procedures, as well as health regulations.
- Monitor the stock and inventory tasks are performed based on the property management Guideline of the company.
- Ensures that the security of the premises is kept in a good vibe and organizes system for the incoming and outgoing inspections of all matters.
- Manages the proper recording of each property on the registration book and ensures that updated document is attached on every file.

Job Requirement
- MBA or BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Leadership or any other related field of study with 6 & 8 years practical experience respectively and out of which at least Three/ Five years on a Managerial level
- Knowledge and application of different HR and Store software applications.
- Strong understanding of National labor laws Human resource policies tax and custom processes.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external partners.
