Inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required.

• Conducting routine inspections of sanitary system.
• Provide information for preventative maintenance.
• Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
• Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
• Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
• Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary skilled in the use of hand and power tools
• Ability to report apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.

Job Requirements

• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
• Experience using hand and electrical tools
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of an apprenticeship is required
