Job Description
Our client is looking for an Operation Manager to join their team and work on all things management. If you love tackling new challenges, working with professionals from different backgrounds, and have what it takes to build and maintain fruitful business relationships, this is the job for you.
Job Requirement
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- MA in business, Economics, Management, Marketing or related field
- 5+ years of proven business experience of which two are in a managerial position
- Excellent English communication skills
- Age 30-35
- Familiarity with import and retail business, general understanding of methods to procure foreign currency i.e Letter of Credit (L/C)
- Experience in operations, management and leadership
- Knowledge of general business software including Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities:
- Maintain constant communication with all stakeholders including staff, partners and management to ensure proper operation of the company.
- Lead and support lower management staff through constant communication, reporting and implementation of assigned tasks.
- Liaison with our international partners in all matters relating to their products
- Maintain constant communication and reporting with all management team
- Monitoring day to day activities of brand shops and factory and compiling reports
