Position: 

Civil Works Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for making all kinds of related civil engineering plans and construction schemes.
2. Responsible for the training organization and management of civil engineering subcontractors.
3. Make the cost budget of civil construction and control the cost of civil construction.
4. Responsible for civil construction quality monitoring, civil construction progress tracking, and information collection, to ensure that the civil construction progress of the project is carried out as planned.
5. Responsible for the operational management of civil construction team members and civil construction subcontractor, and guide the regional manager to conduct performance appraisal.
6. Responsible for the daily management and work arrangement of civil engineering outsourcing staff.
7. Responsible for planning and organization of civil engineering acceptance work including construction acceptance documents, etc.

Qualifications: 

• BSc degree in Civil engineering and related majors.
• More than 5 years of construction management experience.
• Understand the basic knowledge of communication, familiar with project management, engineering management knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and capabilities of internal resource coordination.
• Have the capabilities of the subcontract management.
