General Mission

• Under the general direction of Providers or Enterprises Contract Manager, execute legal research which is not complex
• Under the guidance of the Manager or Legal Specialist prepare/review supply/partners Agreements
• Provide legal advice on national contracts to low or intermediate level management

Contributes to cross-functional actions to enhance the performance of the company

Key Responsibilities

• Review the compatibility of provider’s/partners contract having lower contract value
• Prepare data and information as input for contract drafting or addendum to a contract
•  Negotiate and verify providers (domestic) contract which has repetitive nature.
• Engage in Preparation of draft providers/partners contract and legal opinion to be reviewed by Providers or Enterprise Contract Manager.
• Perform other related activities
• Participate in legal negotiations
• The application of pertinent laws in times of request for legal advice The legality of the contract.

Qualification

• Degree In Law (L.L.B)

Required Relevant Experience

• 2 years experience Legal Contract Activates

Does:

• Reports to the providers or Enterprise contract Manager on the achievements of group objectives in terms of quality, quantity, and timeline     
• Brings to the provider of enterprise contract manager required information/study/survey for decision making.
