POSITION SUMMARY:
The revenue manager is responsible for both strategic and tactical initiatives related to revenue maximization. As a member of the Revenue Management Department, you will have the opportunity to set strategic direction, determine to price, create promotions, and explore new distribution opportunities.
You will own the implementation of a business plan and product strategy. You will have exposure to senior management and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Trade Support, and Services and Reservations.

Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience:
- BA Degree in Hotel, Marketing, management
- 4 years and above in revenue management out of which 2 years in a managerial position
Additional Skills and Attributes:
- Able to work on PMS and CRS ( IDS is a plus)
- Knowledge of online markets and agents
- Able to work under pressure
- Communication ability in speaking, reading, and writing English and Amharic
- Able to work as a team and on a Flexible schedule
- Pro-activeness and analytical ability
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent customer service skill
