Key Performance Areas

• Participate in production planning meetings to draft a schedule of jobs for production and decoration lines,
• Draft raw material requirement for active and forecasted jobs,
• Draft packaging material requirement for active and forecasted jobs,
• Draft requirement of refractory and consumables
• Monitor consumption of raw materials, packaging materials and consumables for the manufacturing operation
• Track consumption and wastage along the manufacturing line, and highlight to the management,
• Liaise with the stores and warehouse to update on stock status of raw materials, packaging materials, refractory and consumables.
• Follow up daily production and scoring between shift management, warehouse, and quality.
• Track speed, mass, efficiency and tonnage production to align with the cascaded plan,
• Review information systems such as GR8, Sage and ms excel based templates to track production, consumption and wastage,
• Involve in production meetings to action planning and material issues that challenge the performance of crews,
• Monitor tool consumption and track tool life in line with the mold shop and planned yields
• Drive continuous improvement in the production process.
• Liaise with the finance team for streamlined transaction of production information,
• Involve on monthly crew and plant reviews.
• Perform similar activities as assigned by relevant authority

Job Requirements

Qualifications Required:

• BSc in Industrial Engineering, BA in Business Management, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant work experience for Engineering and 5 years for Management/Accounting.

• Advanced computer skills and communication. knowledge of Sage systems is advantageous.
