Under the supervision of the Group Manufacturing Director, the Group Manufacturing Excellence Manager is responsible and accountable for the improvement and process re-engineering of the entire production process. The role provides a common standard of technical and analytical support and engagement across the manufacturing sites for continuous improvement. He/ She works closely with the core factory functions, including Production Quality, Engineering to ensure the sites manufacturing processes operate efficiently with “Zero Loss” concept.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support production team in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities.
- Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives.
- Develop operation performance measurement KPIs and reporting
- Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency, lower costs and improve product quality.
- Facilitate the design and implementation of new/improved process models.
- Lead Kaizen and WCM implementation across all manufacturing sites
- Train and guide resources in process improvement techniques.
- Provide support for production team to achieve desired results.
- Assist in development of new process capabilities.
- Coordinate with various teams to analyze project results and performance.
- Identify and manage resources to deliver effective solutions.
- Any other duties which may be assigned on time to time basis, as per the administrative policies of the organization and as/if indicated in terms of employment contract entered with.

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience in Technology Evaluation and delivering to business needs.
Experience:
- 10+years’ experience in Production, Process, or Manufacturing role.
