Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales plan
  • Involve in designing company’s strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; design Sales standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change
  • Devise policies and procedures for the division and share them with his subordinates and other related staff/divisions; ensure their implementation and monitor their effectiveness
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of staffs under his supervision
  • Guide and motivate the sales agents to meet their sales target
  • Oversee sales activities to ensure the sales teams are on the right track
  • Ensure that all infrastructures and required Sales materials are readily available for the sales team.
  • Meet marketing, sales and financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
  • Handle customer complaints and make sure customer complaints are resolved as quickly as possible.
  • Responsible for generating daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports and submit them on timely manner.

Reports to:        Sales & Marketing Manager

Supervises:         Sales representatives and Commission Sales Agent 

Job Requirements

Education:

  • MA or BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management or related field.

Experience

  •  5 Five years’ experience in Sales and a minimum of one year in managerial position

Other requirements

  • Good mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closing sales
