Job Description

Main Responsibilities 

• Main Responsibilities Assist in the design and delivery of research projects across a broad range of business interest areas.
• Carry out desk-based research and literature reviews to help inform ongoing and/or upcoming research projects.
• Coordinate collection and analysis of large amounts of data, both quantitative and qualitative, and produce research findings.
•  Keep up to date with relevant evidence and research publications produced by external organizations and provide summaries and analysis as required.
• Manage relationship with external research agencies,
• Manage system (SAP) related administrative activities of the marketing function,
• Handle the documentation of research-related documents in the highest confidentiality and consistent manner.
•  Perform any other related task assigned by the function head

Required Education/Experience and Key Skills 

• Master’s degree in Social or Statistics or related.
• 3 years as research assistant OR M&E officer.
• Excellent communication skills, both Verbal and written. Must be able to build relationships.
• Strong analytical and data mining skills.
• Critical thinker
• Honesty and self-initiated . Must operate with limited supervision.
