Job Summary

Perform planning and carryout microbial or chemical test of milk and milk products, water and environment to detect harmful microorganisms and to obtain information about source of contamination and pollution and isolate and make culture of bacteria or microorganisms in prescribed media controlling moisture ,aeration, temperature and nutrition.

• Perform planning and carryout microbial or chemical test of milk and milk products, water and environment to detect harmful microorganisms and to obtain information about source of contamination and pollution
• Isolate and make culture of bacteria or microorganisms in prescribed media controlling moisture ,aeration, temperature and nutrition
• Observe the production and packaging of the product that affect the shelf stability and implement risk mitigation mechanisms
• Prepare daily technical report and recommendation based up on investigation outcomes
• Make reporting to quality manager
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

Job Requirements

• Bsc degree in microbiology or chemistry
• More then 3 years experience
• Good communication skill
