Job Description
Ensures the sound extension, monitoring and documentation of branch operations;
- Ensures the efficiency of branch operations
- Ensures the quality of loan portfolio of the MFI
- Facilitates and promotes the growth and expansion of operations
- Ensures the continuous building of the capacity of branches.
Job Requirements
Education and Work Experience:
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree from recognized University in Economics or Related field Or BA in Economics from recognized University
- For MA / MSc At least 3 years’ experience in related field of work
- For BA at least 6 years’ experience in related field
Number Required: 2
Place of Work: Addis Ababa with frequent travel to branches
