• Ensures the quality of loan portfolio of the MFI
• Facilitates and promotes the growth and expansion of operations
• Ensures the continuous building of the capacity of branches.

Job Requirements

Education and Work Experience:

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree from recognized University in Economics or Related field Or BA in Economics from recognized University
• For MA / MSc At least 3 years’ experience in related field of work
• For BA at least 6 years’ experience in related field
