Job Description

Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating the overall activities of the marketing & operations department; ensuring the streamlined operation of the marketing & operations department is in alignment with the business objectives of the Company; providing administrative direction and support for daily operational activities; monitoring and evaluating works are executed according to the operational manuals and procedures; managing the relationship with banks, Visa, MasterCard, Ethio-telecom and other associations; advising the member banks on operational policy and procedural issues; directing and evaluating the performance of staff; preparing and compiling periodic activity reports; preparing and compiling annual budget and follows up its implementation; organizing various events; participating in exhibitions and other events; and following up various marketing and promotion activities of the Company.

Job Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics and related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years work experience preferably in the area of Payment Technology; of which 3 years should be in a managerial position. The experience in banking industry or payment card environment is preferable

  • Competence in managing and administrating multi-disciplinary professionals
