Job Requirements

Education: Diploma/Degree in Secretarial and Office Management or Administrative Services or Business Management or other relevant field of studies.

Experience: Minimum of five years of proven experience as a Secretary or Office Administrative Assistant

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines, scanner
  • Proficiency in MS Office both English & Amharic
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skill
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; phone and e-mail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of operational requirements and practices in business organizations
