Job Requirement
BA or Diploma or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Management, Public Administration and other related Business field with 1/4 years of relevant work experience as file clerk.
Required competencies
- Ability to develop organized filing systems
- Skill of creating, processing, and maintaining file records
- Ability to operate on HRM software
- Computer application skill
- Ability to properly keep files and retrieve the documents when needed
- Proven proficiency in Afan Oromo, Amharic and English Languages
