Job Requirement
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Information Science, ICT and other related field plus three years of industry related experience.
Required competencies
- Website development and content management skill using WordPress, Joomla and Drupal
- Skill of developing plugins that suit the need of the bank
- Ability to track, compile and web site usage data analysis
- Promotion and brand marketing skill
- Social media management skill
- Up-to-date know how on digital marketing best practices
- Exposure in data updating and test backup and recovery plan
- Knowledge of search engine optimization and google analytics
- Ability to implement web site security measures, such as firewalls or message encryption.
- Knowledge of programming and scripting language: PHP, HTML5, Java script, CSS, XML, & MSQL
- Exposure on full stack development
- Knowledge on using IT and communication tools for communication, promotion and documentation
- Proven proficiency in Afan Oromo, Amharic and English Languages
