Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just eight kilometers from Bole International Airport would like to announce the following open position.
Job Requirements
Requirement Qualifications:
- Degree from accredited University, preferably in Sales & Marketing/Marketing Management/ Business Management.
- Minimum of four years’ experience as a sales manager or above in a four- or five-star hotel
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Computer literate
- Specific know-how on opera application is preferable
Competencies required:
- Experience in dealing with government and non-government organizations regarding sales
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Well organized, ability to lead and manage a team
- Experience in managing a team and Ability to negotiate and influence
- A good team player
- Self-starter and Punctual
