Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering &Construction Technology & Management(COTM) or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and scheduling delivery of construction materials and equipment - Monitor inventory levels and track usage across multiple project sites - Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and site teams to ensure timely deliveries - Support the development of logistics strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency - Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and stock movements - Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions - Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards - Assist in preparing logistics for timmediate manager - Support warehouse operations and site logistics layout planning Required Skills: - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, design team, authorities, utilities and associated organizations, - Responsible for executing & implementing technical documents, drawings & quality, safety, and site supervision, Works under the direct command and management of Engineers/Managers. Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering, Construction Management (COTM) or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare quantity take off for planning & schedules. - Co-lead preparation of baseline program, schedules, milestones, deliverables and timelines as per project management plan - Maintain detailed construction planning schedules for new construction and renovation work, as required. - Develop and analyze man-hour resources, equipment resources and cost loaded, time-phased schedule. - Producing visual aids to help explain the schedule of work, including bar charts and network diagrams - Coordinate with all project parties to collate project status reports - Conduct regular project site inspections.

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years in a senior role Duties & Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze project cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ). - Monitor and report project costs and progress against budget. - Handle variations, claims, and contract administration. - Conduct site visits to assess work progress and verify - RFI Prepare and Submit

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience out of which 6 years in a General Manager or similar senior leadership role Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all aspects of construction, real estate development, and business operations. - Formulate and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and profitability. - Oversee project planning, budgeting, execution, and timely delivery.
