Job Summery

• Business Intelligence & Data Analysis officer is responsible for using business data and statistical methods to provide insight into the Bank’s performance and suggests areas and methods of improving operations. He/she will implement the analytical approaches and methodologies, present insight and recommendations to management for decision making and strategic planning.

Job Requirements

Academic & Professional Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Statistics and/or related fields.

Experience

• At least Four (4) years’ post qualification experience similar role in a preferably in banking or service oriented organization.

Required Technical Competency

• Ability to analyses large data and find conclusions in it
• Good analytical skills with the ability to work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching
• Ability to examine numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings
• Corporate and conceptual thinking abilities
• Adequate knowledge of Banking and finance (local and international)
