Job Description

The job-holder is responsible for general supervision, planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the activities of the division. S/he prepares tender processes, minutes and purchase orders, tests sample and handles all purchasing activities of materials and services, including contract administration, supply of goods, ensures purchased goods and services are as per specification and effecting payments and ensures all activities are implemented according to the policies and procedures of the bank.

Job Requirement

BA Degree in Procurement and Supplies Chain Management or business related fields plus a minimum of 8 years experience, with 2 years in procurement activities, and 3 years in Supervisory/Managerial level in the banking sector warehouse administration activities.
