Key Duties and Responsibilities

Business developer office will work under the direct supervision of the Executive director he/she will work on the business side of the company and dealing with various business operatives while will contribute more for its growth and ensure. Its sustainability additionally he/she is responsible for supervising, coaching and monitoring the business activities. He/she assist the branch /area project managers in the area of identify and implanting feasible business ideas.

• Developing and maintain relationship with others organization/new partners.
• Evaluate the current business situation of the organization.
• Have to plan business strategy.
• Understand the situation in depth.
• Identify business opportunities and work on feasible ones.
• Assessing the current strategy looking for ways to improve it and predicting issues down the road

Job Requirement

• Master’s in Business, management, marketing and Economics.
• At least 5 years’ experience in the area of business development

Other required skills

Strong skill in English, communication and Information technology.
