Job Requirement

First degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field of study with 9 years of relevant experience, of which 3 years in supervisory level.

Additional Skills:

• Proven working experience in construction management or similar role;
• Good knowledge of construction management processes;
• Experience with construction management software packages
• Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
• Outstanding knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards;
•  Competent in conflict and crisis management
• Good time-management skills & Ability to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in Design – Build projects is preferable
