Job Description
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Design and updating job descriptions.
- Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn and others).
- Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Arrange interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person).
- Advertise job openings MODETH page, social media, job boards, and internally.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
- Assist senior HR team members and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Type: Full time – 40 hrs./wk.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Management or any other related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR recruiter or in a related position.
Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
