Spring of Knowledge Academy is looking for competent candidates for the following position for its new Kindergarten Campus around Alemgena/Sebeta who meet the following requirements:
Job Requirements
For Kindergarten Principal
BEd/BA/MEd/MA degree in Educational Leadership, Early Childhood Care & Development or other education discipline with Kindergarten Certificate/Diploma
- At least 2 years of direct work Experience in the position
- Experience as a Private School Leader is Advantageous
- Experience as a Kindergarten teacher/Educator
- Additional training in the areas of planning, supervision, performance management (appraisal), Monitoring & evaluation
For Kindergarten Teacher
BEd/BA in Education discipline with Kindergarten, Certificate/Diploma background
At least 2 years of Experience as Kindergarten main teacher
Experience as a Private School Kindergarten teacher/Educator
Additional training in the areas of early childhood care and development
