Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled the Procurement Department Manager is responsible for develops the company’s sourcing and procurement strategy in support of the Company’s business strategy through designing and leading the implementation of procurement activities aimed at attaining cost advantage or maxmizing profit.
Job Requirements

- Strong leadership skills
- Team player at executive levels to collaborate with business units and various suppliers
- Solid Supply and procurement knowledge and practical skills
- Experience in managing both local and international procurement, supply and marketing
- Understanding of business functions such as finance, procurement, marketing etc
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Problem solving capacity, trustworthiness and commitment
- Team player at executive levels to collaborate with business units and various suppliers
- Communication, interactions and negotiation with various actors and teams
Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Suppliers & Procurement or related fields with ten years (10) years of demonstrated experience out of which five (5) years in similar managerial position in FMCG industries or Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related fields with twelve (12) years of demonstrated experience of which six (6) years in similar managerial position in FMCG industries.
