Job Summary:

The HR & Admin Manager is responsible for implementing the HR strategy and initiatives aligned with the overall organization strategy. Also responsible for planning, organizing leading & controlling HR & Admin Activities of the company.

Qualification & Experience

  • MA/BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management
  • 10/12 years of relevant working experience out of which 5/6 years experience in a managerial position
  • Knowledgeable of relevant computer systems and software such as MS Office applications

Technical Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of Ethiopian labor law
  • Excellent planning, organizing analytical and decision-making skills
  • Good knowledge of written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Managerial & Supervisory skill

Salary: Negotiable
