Gift Real Estate PLC would like to invite all eligible and interested applicants for the head office, project sites and for its sister company Gift Nail Manufacturing industries.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for planning organizing and directing the customer service activity of the company & to provide comprehensive support to customers in the purchase & use of gifts house and responding to any difficulties encountered by them. Also responsible for following the construction progress status and communicates with the customers to be notified of the collection schedule.

Qualification & Experience

  • MBA or BA Degree in Marketing, Management & Other related fields
  • A Minimum of 8/10 years relevant working experience preferably in the real estate sector 

Technical Skills

  • Excellent skills in planning organizing and decision making 
  • Sales & Marketing skills
  • Good knowledge of Commuter application
  • Interpersonal & Communication skill
  • Testimonial on exemplary analytical problem-solving skill
  • Proven leadership skill

Salary: Negotiable
