Position Tasks
- Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs in HaHuJobs platform
- Confirm that entered data accurately aligns with original scraped documentation.
- Report any major errors or inconsistencies to upper management.
- Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
- Can encode data with speed and accuracy
- Ability to quickly process and organize information
- Able to effectively time-manage and prioritize tasks
- Maintain professional and healthy relationship with all HaHuJobs (MinabTech) colleagues
Job Requirement
Minimum Qualifications
- BA Degree in any relevant field that fits the position task requirements from a reputable university
Competence:-
- Very professional and ethical appearance
- Excellent Communication Skill
- English Proficiency
- Having supervisory skill is advantageous
Technical and Other Skill Requirements:
- Very good written and spoken English and Amharic
- A typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- An 80% score on MinabTechs timed encoder practical examination
- Possess good organizational, multi-tasking and communications skills
- Excellent computer skills, are major requirements including Microsoft Office, Word and Excel and web based platforms or systems
