Job Purpose
- To enable the Bank to effectively deliver e-banking service to the customers, merchants and agents by responding to escalated queries and complaints and monitor the function of various terminals.
Job Requirement
- Qualification Required & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering or related field with three (3) years of relevant banking work experience.
