Position: Environmental, Healthy, and Safety Worker

General Qualifications:

• Good knowledge about vehicles and driving
• Willing to cooperate with any work assignment in the admin team and have a positive attitude;
• Good English communication skills
• Highly required to have personal hygiene.
• Good Computer using skills ( Email, Excel, PPT and browse other Huawei systems);

Detail duty and responsibility

• Check the EHS requirements for a new receiving vehicle and make sure the Vehicle qualifies for those requirements for admission.
• Fill acceptance form and deliver it to the vehicle manager for confirmation;
• Install OBD for a new vehicle and make sure they are working properly;
• Check OBD online statues and contact the supplier for vehicles that are offline;
• Control the Vehicle's cleanness, disinfection, and appearance of the driver;
• Train a new driver about the EHS driving rules and regulations and make them sign a commitment document;
• Do a monthly EHS inspection for all vehicles and send the report to the region EHS team;
• Give monthly EHS training for all drivers and publish the training report;
• Follow and control all drivers are working as per the EHS regulations and take the necessary action for those drivers who are not following the regulation;
• Send out a weekly report regarding EHS violations and control measurements for all EHS and Vehicle teams;
• Control the usage of the vehicles and give a utilization report for project and platform managers;
• Give training for drivers regarding Mr. Car usage, follow their proper utilization;
• Provide a vehicle utilized items like ( Mask, sanitizer, tissue, water, flash, umbrella, and log sheet) and make sure all drivers have these items in their vehicle;
• Collect a log sheet from each driver by the end of the month and prepare a vehicle utilization report;
• Generate a driving behavior analysis report and publish that report for all vehicle teams including suppliers and drivers;
• Assist any vehicle team arrangement. 

Salary: 4400 ETB

Transport allowance: 600

Mobile allowance: 100
