Job Requirement
Qualification :BA degree in Management/Accounting/ Marketing/Economics or related field
Experience :4 years of relevant experience and also having a minimum 2 years in the senior level of the desired position
Knowledge & Skill
- Good knowledge of the microfinance business
- Considerable knowledge of banking and marketing management principles and practices
- Good knowledge of company operating policies and procedures and NBE and FIC regulations and directives
- Basic knowledge on Planning and coordination of credit analysis & deposit mobilization tasks.
- Experience on Reviewing & Counterchecking of business and financial background of loan and guarantee of applicants
- Experience on reviews loan collection performance of branch offices and provide support to braches in collecting loan
- Basic knowledge of records management
- Basic computer applications skills
- Good Communication and human relation skills
