Job Description
Manage systems and hardware; connects different departments by network; Monitors handling and proper use of computers; ensures that system related tasks are meeting standards; Makes network and system of the company are as per the current technological development; prepares designs as to how systems are improved; establishes system based task achievements; Designs system by which various company’s jobs are ordered and computerized; Prepares cost statistics for the purpose of economic comparisons; Solves system related problems
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Undertakes study of systems and hardware; implements outcome of the study
- Connects different departments of the company by network via designing and establishing systems
- Monitors handling and proper use of computers
- Makes network and system of the company are as per the current technological development
- Designs better systems; provides to immediate supervisor for approval and then implements
- Participate in a project associated with his profession and provides consultation
- Establishes systems and other programs that are useful for data processing; monitors their proper implementation
- Designs system by which various company’s jobs are ordered and computerized
- Solves system related problems; undertakes various system improvement tasks; present proposal; gets approval and then implements
- Monitors that various software, computers, printers and other accessories related to hardware give proper services; seeks solution if there is any
- Handles backup for the company’s systems
- Makes appropriate system investigation and ensures its implementation so as to facilitate exchange of evidences determinant for better decision making
- Interconnects different departments with network to facilitate approaches to evidences
- Monitors company’s computer not to attacked by viruses
- Records and handles properly all system investigation and implementation documents
- Evaluates competency and quality of established system to facilitate implementation of improved task achievements
- Prepares and gives training on regular basis to manages and other employees
- Prepares and delivers report regarding job accomplishments and problems encountered
- Performs any other duties instructed by immediate supervisor
Job Requirements
Education
BSc degree or Level IV in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any other relevant field of study and 2 years relevant work experience
