- ተፈላጊ የትምህርት ደረጃና የሥራ ልምድ: ከታወቀ ኮሌጅ/የቴክኒክና ሙያ ማሰልጠኛ ተቋም በኮንስትራክሽን ወይም በተመሳሳይ ሙያ 10+4 ወይም ኮሌጅ ዲፕሎማና 10 ዓመት ልምድ ወይም አድቫንስ ዲፕሎማ በሲቭል ምህንድስና ወይም ተመሳሳይ ሙያ 8 ዓመት የሥራ ልምድ ሆኖ 6/4 ዓመት በሰፋፊና ውስብስብ የህንፃ ፕሮጀክቶች ላይ በስትራክቸራል እና ፊኒሺንግ ሙያ የሠራ/ች
