Job Description

Duties:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Translate for chines clients for medical and other services
  • Translate for different non Amharic speaking clients who come for different services
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office and other relevant places.
  • Announcing clients as necessary.
  • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Distributing incoming letters to the offices.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Handling scheduled appointments by HR or other departments.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years experience 
  • Experience working in hospital is advantageous
  • English and Amharic Fluent in speaking Writing and reading or listing and speaking Chinese, is advantageous
  • Knowledge of word and excel
  • Good customer Handling.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Committed & Honest
  • Have positive attitude
  • Be good example
