Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle all Visa, immigration and CSO related issues
- Handle hotel and Training room bookings (for Guests and Trainings.)
- Organize meeting, trainings and awareness gatherings along with project manager/coordinator
- Supervise Insurance for vehicles, personnel, and property
- Coordinate security activities to safeguard Organization assets, employees, guests, or others on company property
- Participate in Internal Procurement Committee meetings
- Submit accident reports to insurance companies & management for incidents involving
- Oversee repairs and maintenance of properties owned or leased the organization
- Regularly assess and review logistics arrangements to ensure that operations
- Manage Drivers and facilitate vehicle logistics
- Work closely with PMs to support program activities in organizing transportation
- · Organize and follow up vehicle repairs and services
- · Assist with HR administration where necessary
- · Manage all in and out letters for the department
- · Support property management and respond to any questions related to lease and property agreements, organize repair and maintenance – ensuring that administration of leases and property agreements is completed.
- · Prepare weekly and monthly updates on activities done
- · Prepare and submit rental vehicles fleet report with detail summery of fuel consumption and original log-sheet monthly
- · Timely update fixed asset registration according to the organization asset management policy
- · Check and sign each vehicle log-sheet every week
- · Follow up recording and tagging fixed asset timely
- · Welcoming guests and organizing hospitalities
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Purchasing, Supplies Management or related fields
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience and relevant work experience in INGO environment.
Key Skills & Attributes:-
- Substantial experience in Logistics
- Proficient in computer skills and use of internet and other applications
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Amharic
- Good interpersonal skills
