Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for both business and technical insights to the work of gathering business requirements and objectives, producing a blueprint for the integrated network services, and effectively advocating for the necessary business investments to support the technology deployment. He/she also ensures the optimal design, operation, interoperability and performance of enterprise network, intranets, extranets, security and related hardware and software including routers, switches, network servers, network security, VoIP and wireless technologies.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- CCNA certification is required(Mandatory)
- Additional certifications from Microsoft or any other industry is that is related to networking is advantageous.
- Experience in Microsoft Windows servers and network monitoring tools.
- Good Knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, Ethernet, WAN, Switching and Routing, Network service Protocols and Active Directory, LDAP
Qualification & Experience
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Information Technology or related disciplines with a minimum of 6 (six) years of work experience in hardware and network troubleshooting relevant IT experiences.

Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
