Job Description

Duties

  • The HR and Administration Manager is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
  • Provide support to managers and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
  • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff
  • Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and managers on human resource and work related issues

Job Requirement

  • Education: BA Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Management or related fields
  • Experience and Required Skill: 3 years valid and proven work experience as HR officer or other HR Executives. Factory experience is advantageous.
  • Very good proficiency in Oromifa, Amharic & English languages
  • Ability to wok under pressure, well organized & willing to work overtime
  • In depth knowledge of labor law and HR Regulations
  • Computer skill
