Invitation to Bid for Consultancy Service to Provide Training on Entrepreneurship

ChildFund Ethiopia is an international child focused NGO working to improve the wellbeing of deprived, excluded and vulnerable children and families. We achieve positive change in communities in partnership with local organizations through our three core programs that improve education, health and livelihoods and achieve the outcomes of healthy and secure infants, educated and confident children and skilled and involved youth.

ChildFund Ethiopia would like to invite eligible and competent firm to provide training on entrepreneurship. Eligible bidders are invited to submit their technical and financial proposal separately within the period of July 24 -August 03, 2021 to address below

Job Requirements

Bidders shall provide all the following technical requirements

• A postgraduate or equivalent qualification/degree in the subject matter or any other relevant discipline.
• Extensive knowledge of entrepreneurship development programs, (preferable certified in entrepreneurship)
• At least 5 years of experience in the area of business development, program/project development.
• A bias on enterprises development in training center set ups. Knowledge and expertise in business plan development especially for training program should have carried out similar assignments in the last four years
• Excellent inter-personal communication skills including experience of facilitation of training/workshops and presentation. The firm must be engaged in this kind of training and have testimony for the record of accomplishment in delivering similar service and the relevant experience

The firm should clearly state unit price in ETB including 15% VAT/10% ToT and other related cost. The company should provide TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate/TOT, business registrations certificates and Business License that have all been renewed and valid license for the current fiscal year and other evidence which demonstrate the organization is approved to operate such a business.

How to Apply

Interested bidders should submit their sealed Technical and Financial Proposal. Evaluation of the technical proposal will be done by the procurement committee based on the criteria attached with the ToR. Rating of the evaluation will be calculated proportionally based on the technical and financial evaluation result; responsive bidders will be conducted through their mail address.

The document must be delivered to the address above in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before 1:30 PM 03^rd August 2021. Bid will be opened by procurement committee.

ChildFund Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bids at any time without assigning any reason or reasons whatsoever.
