Berhan Insurance S.C is established and licensed to provide general insurance services (Property, Liability and Pecuniary Insurances) to customers at twenty-two branches with a plan to expand further in Addis Ababa and regional towns. The company would like to invite potential candidates who fulfill the job requirement for the following post.

Position Title: Manager, Life Insurance Division

Educational Qualification:

• Hold a minimum of first Degree from a recognized higher learning institution and preferably have a diploma in insurance from the chartered insurance institute (CII) or Life Office Management Association (LOMA)

Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, out of which at least 2 years as Senior Professional Position

Key Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of life insurance business
• Excellent knowledge and practice of monitoring & evaluation
• Good knowledge of business insurance policies and procedures of the company
• Ability to undertake a risk assessment and prepare policy documents 
• Thorough knowledge of life insurance code & regulations
• Analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills

Salary: As per the company Scale
