- ተፈላጊ ችሎታ: በሙያው ዲፕሎማ ያለው /ላት እና 2ዓመት የስራ ልምድ ወይም ሰርተፍኬት ያለው/ላት እና በሙያው 4ዓመት የስራ ልምድ ያለው /ላት የስራ ልምዱ በቆዳ ኢንዱስትሪ /ፋብሪካ/ ውስጥ የሰራ /የሰራች/ የተወሰነ የኤሌክትሪክ ጥገና እውቀት ያለው ቅድሚያ ይኖረዋል ፡፡
- እድሜ: ከ18 ዓመት በላይ
