  • Education level & Qualification: MBA/MA or BA in Business Administration ,Marketing Management, Economics, Accounting and related fields
  • Related Work experience: 9/11 years out of which at least 5 years at managerial position

Additional Skill:

  • Knowledge of life insurance business & life insurance code and regulation
  • Practice of monitoring and evaluation
  • Ability of demonstration on policies and procedures of company
  • Undertake risk assessment and prepare policy documents
  • Analytical, interpersonal & problem solving skills
