Job Description
Job description: Prime Meat and Food product is a private business company engaged in processing of meat and dairy products to the local and foreign market. The firm is well known for its organic, hygienic and vacuums packed meat products. Prime Meat possesses a modern Food processing plant in Bishoftu as well as central warehouse, sales points and Fast food restaurants in prominent areas of the capital city, Addis Ababa. The firm locally target import substitution. It is being covering substantial share of hospitality industry demand /market/ as well as Hyper and Supermarkets stuffs to walk in customers that had been imported to the country. It has also been trying to pursue foreign market so as to expand exportable high valued products to contribute its part in generating hard currency to the national economy.
Main Duties
- Able to identify target market and propose implementation plan
- Project target customers demand in every sector of the economy like Hotels, Supermarkets, projects…..etc. and propose implementation tactics and strategy
- Aggressive communicate with customers and closing deals
- follow up intensively the existing customers on a daily bases and get sufficient re-orders with pleasant customers service
- Able to search out in the potential market/ Leads/ and acquire sufficient new prospects/ customers/
- Report sales performance on weekly and monthly bases
- Able to improve customers service and get feedback on customers satisfaction so as to review company customers service and customer relationship management /CRM/
- Assess the business environment and report the changes being predicted to immediate supervisor so as to re-plan and make the changes for better opportunities.
Working place: Addis Ababa and seldom field trip to the major towns for market assessment
Job Requirements
Educational Background:
- BA degree in Marketing, Business Education, Economics or Management.
Work Experience:
- At least 3 years in a recognized government or business company
Required additional skill:
- Computer literate
- English communication skill
- Report writing skill
- Aggressive capability on personal sales
- Strong capacity on negotiation
