Responsibility

• Generate client leads to buy a property.
• Counsel clients on market conditions and prices.
• Show properties to potential buyers.
•  Promote properties with campaigns and events.
•  Look out for potential buyers and convincing those potential buyers to buy our Apartments.
• Accompany buyers during visits to showrooms and advising them on the suitability and value of the apartments they are visiting.
• Coordinate appointments to showrooms to prospective buyers.
• Performing day-to-day tasks such as maintaining information on our customer relationship management system.

Skills and Specifications

• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business and client need
• Advanced level of English 

Job Requirements

•  Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply for this position.
•  Bachelor's degree in Business Management and related fields.
